The companies traditional products, are la Bottarga (Tuna eggs), la Ventresca (the most valuable
part of the tuna) and Tonno di Tonnara (tuna), all made up from the prestigious, locally caught
Mediterranean Bluefin tuna of the Tonnare. To these have now been added products from top quality
"Yellowfin" tuna, in tins and jars, and to complete our range, Filetti di Alici (anchovy fillets) and
