Caseificio Sociale Pinzolo Fiavé  

The range of products (cheeses, butter, table milk, yogurt, ice-cream production milk, etc.)

of the Fiavè-Pinzolo, Val di Ledro e Chiese cheese factory is wide and varied. Each single item

is described in the cards attached, with the corresponding nutritional values and main organoleptic

characteristics. Fresh cheeses, such as Mozzarella and Boscatella, prevail in number and quantity.

The Spressa is a typical, actually exclusive cheese of the Valle del Chiese (Roncone) and Rendena

(Pinzolo) valleys. It is quite popular for its low-fat characteristics, and is ripened for 8 to12 months.
